Your alarm sounds off, a sound you dread each morning so you hit the snooze button once maybe twice before dragging yourself out of bed, reaching for your phone as you head down to the coffee maker. Maybe you watch the news or check your email before you are even fully awake. You start reacting to emails, news, kids and works before you even have a moment to think about what kind of day you want to have.
