It's July! Can you believe we're halfway through the year already? This is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and realign with your goals. Forget the pressure of January 1st – let's approach this 'Half New Year' with kindness and curiosity, focusing on creating a vibrant, healthy life.
Time to Re-Evaluate Your Resolutions
Remember those New Year's resolutions you set with so much enthusiasm? Life happens, and sometimes our initial plans need a little tweaking. This isn't about judging yourself; it's about acknowledging where you are now and consciously choosing where you want to go. Let's turn the page on Q1 and Q2 and look ahead!
3 Steps to Radiant Health This July
Here's a simple, effective three-step process to help you reset your intentions and create a plan for a healthier, happier you:
1. Explore Your Healthy Living Vision
What does true health and wellness really mean to you? Everyone has their own unique vision of what health and wellness is to them. It's about feeling energized, vibrant, and capable of living your best life. Take some time to define your personal vision of health. Write it down. Be specific. What does it look like? How does it feel? Put yourself in that scene and discover what a healthy thriving life looks like to you. Let go of societal norms and take the reins, you are the creator of your health and wellbeing.

2. Envision it
Now that you put yourself in that scene and acknowledged what true wellness is to you take some time to envision where you would like to see yourself at the end of 2025. Write down 3 goals from that vision you would like to achieve that are in line with your vision. Be realistic and focus on creating sustainable habits. For each goal, outline the details of the goal and how important it is to you.
3. Choose One Action Step (and Start Today!)
Choose one thing you could begin today that will get you closer to your vision. Don't get overwhelmed by the big picture. Select one small action step from your goals that you can implement. This could be anything from drinking an extra glass of water to taking a 10-minute walk during your lunch break. The key is to start building momentum and moving towards that vision of radiant health!
