4 Frozen bananas
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup pea protein powder I use Arbonne Simply 1 no sugar vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh berries for topping
Unsweetened coconut for topping
Prepare Ingredients: Gather 4 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup pea protein, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Blend: Place the frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, unsweetened almond milk, pea protein, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender , I use a vitamix.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until it's smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
Serve: Scoop the banana ice cream into bowls.
Top with Fresh Berries: Add fresh berries on top for an extra burst of flavor and nutrients.
